Hop and Sour
This unique beer takes inspiration from the tart German kettle sour ales— Gose and Berliner Weisse—but with a twist. This zesty beer was dry-hopped with a massive amount of citrus and fruity hops for an extremely hoppy—but not bitter—exploration of flavor.
Southern Gothic Session Pils
Steeped in tradition, yet, ready for anything. That pretty much sums up our Southern Gothic Session Pils. This hop-forward, but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable—perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its com-plexity and to fit right in to nearly any situation.
Thursday Cask: Close Call Kolsch
This beer almost didn’t happen. The initial brew was beset by disaster and bad luck, but luckily, it was saved at the last moment, and the resulting beer was so good, we’re showcasing it again. This flavorful hop-forward Kolsch features Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo hops and a crisp drinkable finish.
Know Good IPA
You think you know good IPA? We do too, and this one’s it. This is a straightforward, full-throttle, American IPA—nothing fancy here; just hop flavor and lots of it. Its hazy blonde malt body has just enough heft to carry the citrus and floral hop notes straight to your palate making Know Good perfect for today, or any day. When it comes to IPA, we know what good is.
Southern Session IPA
This light-bodied “session” IPA was made for sipping on sultry summer afternoons, but an easy drinking beer doesn’t have to be boring. This beer is generously hopped with intense American hops for bold and dank hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine.
Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passionfruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA.
