We brewed up a special treat for Asheville Beer Week to celebrate our local brewing culture and amazing beer scene here in Western North Carolina. This hazy rye IPA is bursting with classic American hop notes from the use of Citra, Simcoe, Crystal and Chinook. Expect a combination of resinous and fruity hop aromatics balanced by a firm bitterness and subtle malt character.
