Our Audition series is a place for us to try out new recipes and experiment with new beers. This triple IPA is brewed with Simcoe, Strata, Chinook, and Idaho 7 hops for intense fruit-forward hop aromas of citrus, apricot, and mango. The intense hop flavor and high ABV is balanced by a light malt body and low bitterness, making this monster IPA dangerously drinkable.
