Here in North Carolina, we know a thing-or-two about smoke and spice—our barbecue can attest to that—and we wanted to explore those flavors in our beer as well. This imperial brown ale was brewed with local chipotle peppers and wildflower honey before aging in whiskey barrels for six months.
