A year spent in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels has softened the roastiness of this Imperial Stout, while lending vanilla and caramel flavors imparted by oak. The finished beer was then nitrogenated, resulting in a silky mouthfeel and a long, warm finish.
