The Details
Hop flavors and aromas are incredibly complex and often mirror the herbal and spicy flavors of other foods. That got us thinking, “what if we actually used herbs in addition to hops to create a one-of-a-kind IPA?” This unique beer was brewed with Italian basil and mint from our on-site Estate garden and infuses the floral, minty, flavors of the herbs together with hops in an unforgettable beer.
