The Details
Traditionally brewed with ingredients in season, and close at hand. Our version is brewed with edible dried flowers: Calendula, (marigold) Chamomile, and Chrysanthemum. The flowers offer complex and herbal flavors, along with the expected floral character that balance well with the dry finish of the beer.
