The Details

This beer was created as a “kettle sour”— like a Berliner Weiss, or Gose— and then finished with bright hop flavors. It features a blend of tart malt flavor, with a pop of fruity, and intense hop aromas from extensive dry hopping re-sulting a unique, quenching, and hop-forward beer with very low bitterness.
