The Details
We first brewed Sierra S8zon way back in 2008. Since then,
we’ve learned a lot about brewing Belgian styles, and saisons
have become one of our all-time favorite beers to make, but this
early recipe still holds a place in our hearts. Golden and
hazy, this saison has a signature lemony and grassy hop flavor,
dry finish and classic saison yeast character.
