Single Malt And Single Hop beers are delicious, intriguing, and educational. The use of only one grain and hop type offers objective insight into both ingredients’ contribution to the final beer. For this version we chose to use our 2-row pale malt and Mosaic hops to create a golden-colored American IPA with restrained malt character that allows the bright, fruit-forward hop flavor to shine.
