The Details
Every year we collaborate with a different German brewery to create our Fall seasonal beer, Oktoberfest. When our German friends visit to taste the test batch and celebrate “Springtoberfest” here at the brewery, we also brew an imperialized version of this ever-changing recipe and age it in whiskey barrels. The result is a smooth-drinking, strong lager with complex caramel and vanilla notes from its time nestled in bourbon soaked oak.
