The Details

Merlot grapes from the Francis Ford Coppola Winery Estate in Geyserville, were spontaneously fermented along with a wort produced in the pilot brewery using Sierra Nevada estate malts. After primary fermentation the beer was aged for 9 months in red wine barrels. The result is this deliciously tart and complex 100% wild fermented brew.
