beer. This red ale—dubbed WinterWonderGrass Banjo Bourbon
Barrel-Aged Ale—is a collaboration between friends Sierra
Nevada Brewing Co. and Breckenridge Distillery. The beer
drinks slightly sweet with a creamy mouthfeel. Notes of
chocolate, caramel, and butterscotch are balanced with big
flavor from a soak in five-year-old Breckenridge
bourbon whiskey barrels.
