Hazy Little Thing
We’re constantly brewing new IPAs, looking for bold hop flavor. With this beer, our brewers thought it was so good that we decided to serve it straight from the tanks—unfiltered, unprocessed, and raw—to let all the fruit-forward hop flavors shine. The result is a hazy beer with modest bitterness and intense hop character.
Hop Bullet Double IPA
Hop Bullet Double IPA features a new technique: we’re hitting the beer with a double-barreled blast of Magnum hops and lupulin dust—the source of hop flavor and aroma—right into the fermenter for a ballistic burst of aggressive hop character.
Sidecar Orange IPA
Orange peel and fruit-forward hops are a perfect match, so we took what we started, and turned up the volume. This orange-infused IPA is the big brother of our Sidecar Orange Pale, with even more orange and hop flavor. It is crisp, lightly bitter, and heavy with the fruity citrus aromas of sweet orange and hops.
Otra Vez Gose with Lime and Agave
This gose-style ale is brewed with lime and agave to give it a sweet-tart flavor, reminiscent of the classic margarita cocktail. It starts with a bright citrus aroma that fades into a semi-sweet malt flavor and finishes with the signature gose tartness, perfect for the warm summer days ahead.
Southern Gothic Session Pils
Steeped in tradition, yet, ready for anything. That pretty much sums up our Southern Gothic Session Pils. This hop-forward, but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable—perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its com-plexity and to fit right in to nearly any situation.
The name translates to “Little Smoke” and that’s just what this beer delivers. Brewed in the rustic Bière de Garde style native to Wallonia (the French-speaking portion of Belgium) this beer has just a hint of smoke flavor (think toasted marshmallows rather than camp-fire) and a unique citrusy hop flavor which complements the spicy flavors of the traditional Belgian-style yeast.
