Barrel-Aged Dry Hop Drops
As brewers, we found that the last little bits of beer left in the tank after dry hopping often had the most intense hop flavor. We collected this ultra-hoppy beer and placed it into bourbon barrels for nearly 7 months, then we dry hopped it again for a blend of intense hop aroma, and a cordial-like malt flavor like no other beer we’ve ever made.
