BC #177 Dwight’s Out Stout

This beer was brewed with local winners from the Chico Homebrew Competition and named after our tour guide turned sale rep, Dwight Thompson. Much like its namesake, this beer plays with your mind, looking the part of a light amber ale but with flavors of a classic stout with big notes of coffee, chocolate and a nutty finish provided by the addition of almond meal.
