First brewed by our founder Ken Grossman for an overseas culinary event in 1994, this beer was a gift meant for pairing with food. Later, it won a gold medal, and now, we share the beer with you. An English-style IPA, this India Pale Ale is floral, earthy, and spicy—a departure from the aggressive hop bombs of today. With a biscuity malt backbone and nuanced flavor, it’s a sophisticated beer for an appreciative palate.
