This is a hop-forward take on a robust Altbier-an old German style of ale famous for its amber color and complex malt flavor. Our version features German Record and Callista hops in the kettle and then again in the hop back, for a bright, citrusy aroma that complements the caramel-like malt flavor of this rich, yet clean beer.
