Beer and wine share the art of fermentation, so we made a vineyard visit and brewed a reimagined Saison featuring Cabernet, Zinfandel, and Chardonnay grape must. The bright fruit blends with the spice and citrus of Saison yeast for a complex crowd-pleaser.
