Single Hop Idaho Gem

It’s no secret that we love hops, and this is one of our favorite hoppy styles to brew. We brew and dry hop this light-bodied IPA with a single variety to better understand the hop’s flavor and aroma contribution. For this version we chose to use Idaho Gem, a new variety with a distinct herbaceous nose and citrusy lemon notes.
