Single Hop IPA

It’s no secret that we love hops and this is one of our favorite hoppy styles to brew. We brew and dryhop this IPA with a single variety to better understand the hop’s flavor and aroma contribution. For this version we chose to use Azacca – a newer variety that blurs the line between tropical and resinous, combining fruity notes of mango and papaya with a classic piney, citrus hop character.
