Six Rights IPA
Double IPAs can be tricky beers to brew. Too hoppy and the bitterness slips quickly off balance and blows out the palate. Too malty and they become cloying and hard to drink. Six Rights sits “right” in the groove. It boasts big hop flavors of tropical fruit and ripe melon, but it’s held in check by just enough malt body to accentuate the hops rather than overwhelm them.
