How we make it Sunny
In Sunny Little Thing, we want that big ball of citrus to shine. That’s why we pull back on the bitterness: no shade on this parade. While there’s plenty of oats and wheat malt for a smooth mouthfeel, Sunny has hardly a dash of hops, allowing the fruit character to leap forward.
We infuse the citrus in bright tanks — think of it like dry hopping an IPA to boost aroma — using an exclusive blend of crystalized juice squeezed right from real oranges and grapefruit.
