In effort to get your Sierra Nevada gear to your front door as quickly and affordable as possible we have a fulfillment center in Chico, CA and in Mills River, NC. All order rates are based on weight and distance from the closest fulfillment center to your address.
Please note, actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date, and other conditions. On average, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days with standard shipping and will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing.
We also ship orders internationally! Please note that Sierra Nevada Brewing Company does not pay any additional duties or fees charged by customs or other international mailing companies..

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it to us for an exchange of equal value or refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days it may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value or for store credit within 1 year of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags in resalable condition. Food and alcohol products are not eligible for return, however we will gladly replace any items damaged during shipment.
