Brushfire Stankgrass is a bluegrass fusion group from Asheville, North Carolina.

The band has produced two award winning albums, and has received acclaim from hard core bluegrass fans and jam fusion fans alike. Brushfire’s innovative melding of traditional and modern fusion sounds has led to bookings at a wide variety of festivals and venues, from staple bluegrass events like Brewgrass, to Moog Music’s AHA AVL concert series. The group continues to tour steadily and is currently at work on their third album.
