Among the 5+ choices is our 5th annual Oktoberfest collaboration beer, a partnership with Germany’s 200-year-old Bitburger Brewery. We brewed Oktoberfest with Bitburger’s custom yeast and secret hop blend called Siegelhopfen, meaning “Sealed Hops”—two house ingredients never shared outside their walls until now. It’s a festbier whose rich amber color and smooth malty flavor bring the Munich tents to you.
Included with your admission ticket is a contemporary German feast, available from 5-8 p.m., created by the Sierra Nevada Taproom—full menu coming soon! Other snacks that require additional beer/snack tickets (e.g., soft pretzels and dessert) have a 10 p.m. cutoff.
Turkuaz: Energetic splashes of funk, alternative, rock, R&B, and psychedelia color the music of Turkuaz. Balancing male-female harmonies, strutting guitars, wild horn arrangements, and interminable grooves, this spirit takes shape in the color donned by each respective member on stage nightly via larger-than-life performances.
The Business: The Business is an experience, specifically designed to take audiences to a party fantasy land. Professionalism, unparalleled musical talent, classic songs and engaging performances all work together to deliver on that purpose.
The Polka Brothers: The Polka Brothers are a four-man band of young polka lovers, out to spread the joy of polka, one wild party at a time. They’re a well-oiled polka machine, boasting a fearless repertoire that includes classic polka favorites, pop and rock gone polka (the likes of Aerosmith, Weezer, Lady Gaga, and The Rolling Stones), and unforgettable originals.
Live glass blowing demonstrations
Hot Glass Academy and Asheville Area Arts Council are back at it with a mobile glassblowing studio at the festival for live demonstrations from local artists.
