“Hop Tropical has a clean, stripped-down malt bill that lets us highlight some really unique hops,” says Isaiah Mangold, our Head Innovation Brewer. Two varieties from the Southern Hemisphere — Riwaka and Motueka — deliver tropical flavors of mango, papaya and passion fruit, while Motueka “is like the top note coming through with a nice citrus, like fresh-squeezed lime in your Mai Tai,” says Isaiah.
