How We Make Trail Pass

Trail Pass uses traditional brewing methods, not alcohol removal, to create full and balanced flavor below the non-alcoholic 0.5% ABV threshold. This approach stays true the the craft spirit and, frankly, delivers a product that tastes like beer.

But it took 5 years of exhaustive development to get it just right. And there was a point, after countless test batches, when we almost threw in the towel—until an innovative yeast came along.

What is hop water anyway?

Combine the bubbly refreshment of sparkling water with your favorite hop flavors. But it’s a careful process to extract only the bright, fruity notes of hops—not any harsh bitterness. And while Hop Splash has zero alcohol, its carbon dioxide (CO2)—what makes it fizzy—actually comes from beer fermentation!
