Every Tuesday afternoon, we’re partnering with neighboring farmers and crafters to highlight the best the region has to offer. The Sierra Nevada Tailgate Market is bringing neighbors together to support and celebrate the rich farming traditions of our community.

Celebrated local chef Katie Button, founder of Cúrate and Nightbell will be rolling up her sleeves alongside Sierra Nevada Head Chef Jessie Massie for a cooking demo featuring farm fresh Tailgate Market ingredients and Sierra Nevada beer pairings. The two chefs will be teaming up to shop local alongside guests, talk agriculture with farmers, and select choice ingredients from vendors.

Chef Button will be signing copies of her Spanish cuisine cookbook, Cúrate, with copies available for purchase onsite through look bookseller Malaprop’s Bookstore. 


September Supports Pisgah Area SORBA!  


Proceeds from every Sierra Nevada Pale Ale sold during Market hours will support Pisgah Area SORBA (Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association). Pisgah Area SORBA is protecting the environment and advocating for land access, trail preservation, and new trail development in order to enhance mountain bike touring, racing, fun, and fellowship!
