ABV 9.6 IBU 90 Bigfoot is a beast of a beer, packed with bittersweet malt and heaps of aggressive whole-cone Pacific Northwest hops. First introduced in the winter of 1983, Bigfoot is a cult-classic brewed in the barleywine style—strong and robust with the refined intensity of a wine. Bigfoot is prized by beer collectors for aging in cellars. Under the proper conditions, it can develop enticing new flavors and character as it matures.
This smooth, dark lager takes you on a local farm tour, its rich flavor sown from harvests of Maisie Jane’s almonds, Lundberg rice, Chico State Farm peaches, and barley from our very own brewery fields.
A Belgian-inspired blend of Dubbel, Quad, and a splash of Bigfoot Barleywine-Style Ale— aged in spent red wine, brandy and bourbon casks—this showcase of barrel character and malt depth deserves more fridge space than pudding.
This classic Quad in rum barrels is a nod to the great Trappist brewers of Belgium. Deep ruby-brown in color, the beer is rich and full-bodied with the style’s familiar dark fruit flavors, while the yeast creates a hint of spice.
ABV 7.0 Eager tropical, peach, and apricot notes jump from the aroma, enhanced by a fruity hop blend. Bright citrus anchors each sip, while hints of floral tea sing a sly harmony.

Heavy on hops, that was always the brewery plan. So in 1980, we loaded Pale Ale up with Cascade—a new hop at the time named after the mountain range—and the intense aromas of pine and citrus sparked the American craft beer revolution.
