Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days. After 90 days, you may exchange for items of equal or lesser value or gift store credit within one year of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags in resalable condition for a return. If not eligible for resale, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcohol products are not eligible for return or refund, however we will gladly replace any items damaged during shipment. If a beer or hard kombucha product was spoiled or unfit for consumption, please reach out to [email protected].
Please note: Items purchased locally at our Chico, CA or Mills River, NC gift shops cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, or exchanged through online web orders.
