We’ve spent a lifetime learning about hops and what
makes them so special, but despite that dedication, each
year we’re surprised by one varietal that stands head-andshoulders
above the rest. This year, a hop called Ekuanot
is our pick—our Brewer’s Select—and we’re honored
to be able to showcase it here.
