Brewed exclusively to celebrate National Hazy IPA Day, this super limited hazy is a collaboration with Swedish innovators Omnipollo, known for mega hazies, insane pastry stouts, and even soft serve beers.
We merged our hazy mastery to create Hazy Day IPA, an ultra-hazy Double IPA that's dry-hopped at a ludicrous 7 pounds per barrel. Before you're even done pouring, notes of pineapple, orange candy, and guava rush from the foam. “In the flavor I get gummy candy — like a white gummy bear almost,” says Isaiah Mangold, our Head Innovation Brewer. “It’s nice and sweet. And then I get that fruit juice with a silky-smooth quality.”
