Argentinian Red Prawn, Butternut Squash Taquito & Heritage Pork Belly Pupusa
Prawn and butternut squash taquito with Landbier crispy tortillas, braised purple Egyptian malt rubbed heritage pork belly pupusa, Estate grown blood orange, Oliverez Farms hot honey, citrus crema, avocado salsa verde and charred Estate sweet cabbage.
Entrée-
Slow Braised Kobe Short Ribs
Braised short ribs, grilled Estate tatsoi, purple radish and hakurei turnips in the fire, roasted romanesco, purple Egyptian polenta, crispy duck fat sweet potato straws and a toasted Sierra Nevada whipped Chevre Brulee.
Dessert-
Land Hazelnut Bar
Cracked Estate purple Egyptian malt shortbread, filled with purple malt caramel, toffied hazelnuts, white chocolate ganache and an Estate blood orange gelee.
