Narwhal Imperial Stout gives a malty boost to gooey chocolate brownies. And we’re not saying the stack of 3 pictured above is a suggested serving size. But it’s not not a potential serving size. (Make ‘em with a friend if restraint is needed.)
1/4 cup Narwhal Imperial Stout
18-ounce boxed brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8”x8” baking pan with non-stick spray.
Add brownie mix, Narwhal, eggs, and vegetable oil to a large bowl and mix together until just combined. Pour and spread into the prepared pan, topping with chocolate chunks.
Bake according to package instructions, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan.
Serve with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream and lots of chocolate sauce.
