Experience an evening that traces the journey from field to fermenter to glass. This thoughtfully curated grain-to-glass beer dinner includes five chef-driven courses, each with a perfectly paired beer. Grains sourced from Marsh Henn Mill, a family-owned farm steeped in tradition, will be incorporated into the menu.
Throughout the night, storytelling weaves its way between courses- featuring live musical moments from the Appalachian old-time do, Laura Boosinger and Josh Goforth that set the tone and bring rhythm to the table.
Guest Speakers from Marsh Hen Mill will share insights into heritage grains, sustainable milling, and the role fresh-milled grain plays in flavor, texture, and community.
