Northern Hemisphere Harvest captures that just-picked experience by using hops before they’re dried—what we call a wet hop IPA. This year, we plucked Centennial hops straight from the field, rushed them to our kettles, and brewed within hours for an IPA bursting with notes of citrus blossoms, rose, and pine.
