The juicy notes of Liquid Hoppiness IPA supercharge this tangy marinade with fruity flavor. Top your grilled pork chops with a sweet and spicy pineapple salsa, and you’ll know you’ve found your hoppy place.
Whisk together Liquid Hoppiness, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar.
Place pork in a baking dish or heavy-duty zip-top bag. Pour marinade over the meat and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
Remove pork chops from refrigerator and prepare a grill for direct and indirect heat. Sear pork chops over direct heat for 2–3 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat, cover, and cook until an instant-read thermometer hits 145°F, about 12–15 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes and serve topped with pineapple salsa.
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
