The Thrill of the Challenge
Born and raised in Truckee, Amie has the mountains of California in her blood. After briefly pursuing a dance career, she returned to her skiing roots and has established herself as one of the most well-respected female skiers in the outdoor industry. She’s traveled all around the world and has starred in various ski films and ski magazines.
In addition to her athletic pursuits, Amie is a fierce climate advocate and a member of the POW Athlete Alliance. Her work with the organization has taken her to Washington, D.C. to lobby for climate change policy, because the future of outdoor adventure – for pros and weekend warriors alike – depends on it.

Amie undertakes all things in her life with optimism and enthusiasm. She is motivated by curiosity and challenging her perceptions of what is possible and what she can achieve in life, whether that’s skiing a difficult line, cooking a new recipe, or exploring her local mountains and trails.
